The Mixer, Recreated

This is the 2007 Jamglue mixer, rebuilt in your browser. The original was Flash, streaming stems from Amazon S3 and rendering the mixdown on a server farm. This one is Web Audio, and everything happens on your machine: nothing uploads, nothing saves, nothing is shared. Hit play, then pull the faders around. Controls that are greyed out were real in 2007 and are not recreated here; hover one to find out what it did. The Mix menu above swaps in a different set of stems: the T-Pain contest stems Jamglue actually shipped, the ten Submarines stems from the site's very first contest in December 2006, the six surviving stems of the Coldcut "True Skool" showcase, or the Byrne and Eno parts, released under a license that lets anyone remix them.

The mixer itself was recreated from the November 2007 deck screenshot: layout, colors, and copy are read off that image, and the original Flash was not decompiled.
